Plastics Light V1.1--final-- theme

It is a simple theme based on Oxygen theme. The swf file only 
50KB
 100 KB ;D
Here are some features:
- High quality icons
- Vibrate and sound
- Single file
- Animation bar (just to make this menu not too boring  :wink:)
- Changeable menu background via Settings:
---> Settings > Display and light > Main menu style > Style:Custom -> Background (choose your preferred background) > Save
---> Refresh background: press refresher button on top left corner


(background can be applied on the phone)

well I remove the OLD one, check the V1.1:

- Refined graphic

Added features to Plastics Light V1.1:
- Network status generation (G, E, and 3G)
- Battery charge and battery low status

Changes:
- Fixed signal level bar
