This topic can help you to restore your phone from brick Boot after upgrade firmware failure.
(I not test because my phone's working)  :(
Try it if you want (before bring your phone to Service Centre)  :(

Need:

1. BcomDownloader_v1.7_for_BCM2153_Nand3G
2. Uart_Bootloader files

Do it:
1. Turn off your Phone and connect to Computer.
2. Do these Steps in Picture.
3. Turn on your Phone.
